It isnāt something that happens overnight. Cutting is fine, but unless you have a fair amount of muscle mass to show off itās pretty pointless. You arenāt fat by any stretch of the imagination as well, so thereās very little need to cut at all. Adding muscle will do much, much more for your appearance.
The issue is, stronglifts is just about the worst choice for building muscle. Itās fine to start of for a month or two to learn basic technique, but past that it wonāt really help you add much mass. Something like 531, especially if you follow the Periodisation Bible template from the book, will be way more effective.

About the only thing that compels people to follow Stronglifts is that it apparently has an app. The creator of the program is a joke with no accomplishments as far as training goes. By his own admission, he spent 20 years lifting weights to be able to accomplish nothing.

So i can do it , i have read half of it , and i think i can write a template for myself
But adding muscle comes with adding fat as well right ? And as an ex fat guy , that is the only fear in the my mind each day i check my weight , that i might get back my belly and this side fat isnt going anywhere
Itās a month of training: any decision you make regarding it wonāt be a big deal. Maybe use the month to break you of the habit of using the pad on the bar for squats and then start 5/3/1 with a bare bar.
Cool , i guess everybody eyes the bar pad on my squat lol
This muscle and strength building 5 3 1 should have me eating more calories then even i believe
And i dont want to be looking like a blob of fat , which is my only fear
Itās just something you brought up in the previous video as a goal, so Iām operating under that premise.
Just like no one gets jacked overnight, no one gets fat overnight. If you find yourself getting too fat, eat less food. You have to eat to support training: not the other way around. If youāre able to keep pushing the weights youāre lifting and progress, you most likely donāt need to eat more. When you canāt do that, more food helps.

You should be fine. Start 531 and eat the way you have been. Like @T3hPwnisher said, if you arenāt recovering, eat more.

Okay , dec 1 - switching workout program to 5 3 1 periodisation bible and eating at 2800cals
Sorry , the periodisation bible was a bit confusing
I dint understand if we had to do 1 set of the chest and shoulder assistance or 5 sets of 1 exercise
So i went ahead and started the bbb
Lets see how we ll progress
It would not be 1 set for the assistance work. 5 sets would be more likely.
I did not understand if it was 1 set of db bench ,db incline, db military , incline press and push up or if it was 5 sets of any of the exercise from that list because it said shoulder OR chest
Anyway i started the BBB , and damn , on paper it looked simple , but i couldnt get till the end of chin ups doing 10 reps

The exercises listed are shoulder or chest exercise examples. Pick one of them and do 5 sets of it. If it were intended the other way, instead of saying ā5 sets of shoulders or chestā it would say ā1 set of DB bench, 1 set of DB inclineā, etc etc. The beginning of that statement would be completely unnecessary if the intent was 1 set of each.
Sorry for being this dumb but anyway , i did 1 day of BBB , now do i switch back to the periodisation table or stick to BBB ?
