Started PCT Today. Nolvadex Dosage?

Started Nolva PCT today, for the first 2 weeks should the 40mg be split into two doses?

20mg at 8am and 20mg at 8pm?

I take 40mg all at once before bed; works for me.

Up to you. Half life is like three days, so splitting it doesnā€™t matter much.
