This will be my 3rd week of starting a T-replacement therapy. I don’t really see any mega results. I feel a little better but my body hasn’t really changed. Workouts have been better and my diet is very clean. I did slack off a little watching the UFC fight last night. But, overall when do the results start coming. I got tested for low T cause I cant get the weight off. I hold alot of fat in the mid section. I got boobies and sloppy gut, weight in at 250lbs at 5’11.
Im 30 years old and in the military. So I lead a very active life but I always have trouble with the tape test which puts my over on bodyfat. My therapy consists of Test cypoinate 1ml on Mon once a week, HCG 50 units on Tues. and Thurs, Winstrol 50 mg Mon.-Fri, Anastrozole 1.2mg on Tues-Wed-Thurs, GHRP-6 10 units at nighttime 7 days a week. Now, I really want to cut the fat off, I could really care less about bulking up and really don’t even need it.
I would like to at least keep some strength but I really want to lean the hell up. I cardio all the time and vary up between long distance and interval training. Do alot of Crossfit style lifting also. Now, what else can I do? Just let it take its course over time? I need some results fast cause I have a school coming up where I will be taped and I can’t fail the tape test. What about cytomel and clen. I have never used them but I have read about them. Any suggestions? What else can I possibly do?
Why did you start TRT?
I started casue I went to the doctor and ask about low t, did the tests, came back with my test levels in the high 200’s, so he sent to a specailist.
-Why are you using Winstrol?
They suggested the winstrol to use as a cutter.
-Labs?
I don’t know my labs off the top but low t, high estrogen, BP was high, cholestrol was high, thyroid was normal
-Why GHRP?
Again, suggested
-What “results” did you intend on getting?
I intend on results the will make me feel better, better performance, better recovery, more self confidence in my body and to get rid of the obesity problems.
-I’m thinking this has nothing to do with low T.
what do you think it is then
is this test cyp 200 mg/ml? If so, the dosage seems a bit high - at least for starting out. Never heard of a doc perscribing Winstrol for TRT. You should be doing cardio and lifting plus diet modifications to cut, not resort to drugs. Where did you find this doctor?
Forget Clen and others - you need to lift heavy to gain some muscles that will raise your metabolism in order to lose the fat. Read the stickies on the nutrition forum as well for a diet plan. There really are no shortcuts, especially if your training and diet are not in order.
Word of advise: Don’t lower your daily calories too much, otherwise you will just tank your metabolism and you will start to gain more fat. 500 or so calories less than your maintenance level (what you have been eating) is the lowest you want to go. Just make sure your calories are coming from clean protein, complex carbs, and good fats. No pizza, twinkies, or Big Macs.
Ya…plus body recomp on TRT takes a little while. I think this guy is on TRT for wrong reasons…Winstrol…I thought that was used for cutting cycles…am I wrong?

Right - and usually for short cycles due to the fact that it is reported to be fairly toxic to the liver. I agree - this looks like doctor-prescribed AAS more than TRT. Wrong forum.
Winny has no place in TRT whatsoever. Cut that and GH out. It’s a waste of your money unless you have a deficiency. Seriously. Anti-aging clinics are prolly where you got this from; waste of money. I’d laugh if you pulled up to Walgreen’s and had a script for that. I’m not trying to be a dick but this is becoming more common. Luckily they didn’t give you deca—>deca dick. If your testosterone deficient, fix that. Then once you get stabilized, you can blast and cruise all you want and post in the steroids forum. But until then, quit unless you reasons for starting HRT are other than getting your testosterone levels normal.

Yea this sounds crazy…a doctor giving you winny for cutting??? How much are these visits costing and how much for the prescriptions? Im assuming they are also giving you the prescription medications at triple the cost of a regular pharmacy?
Also, are you a lifer in the military? You really should consider what the hell will happen if somehow you get ratted out or tested, or your military doctors find out about this…
Im on HRT for a little under a year now I think it is, maybe 8-9 months. I am no where near where I was before but I have legit health problems and was coming off of a 3 year nightmare…after starting T, HCG, thyroid, cortisol, etc I wondered the same thing…“doc how come Im not waking up with 6 pack abs and running around lifting crazy weights and feeling like a champ like I used to my entire life?”…doc flatly told me it could take a year or two to get to where I want, that HRT isnt about jacking you up really fast, its low slow medical doses to put you back to average, and even then certain people’s average (like myself the doctor assumes), was way higher than “average”…so its nothing like doing a cycle and seeing insane results in 2-3 months…the most initial results I felt were mental, and the doctor explained something about how T affects neuro chemicals and such that I cant remember blah blah dopamine serotinin this and that…Ive been at physical therapy 3 times a week for year, and 3-4 other workouts in addition to that (slow slow progression), and now Im up to 3 physical therapy sessions and 4-5 a week athletic based workouts (dynamic warm up, speed/agility circuits, major compound lift supersets, and 10 minutes of interval conditioning at the end of hour workout), Im on HRT and bro Im no where near where I was 4 years ago before crap hit the fan in my life…im happy just to be training, but learned in the last year not to expect miracles…if I were training this same way natural 4 years ago, Id be right where I want to, but if you really do have health issues or low T and other hormone issues, life changes some man…
anyways im rambling this just threw me off, shocked me a little…
