Apparently, they call the large size “ventee (sp?)” because it means 20 in some language (Italian?), which is how many oz. the large size is. That’s a shit ton of coffee. Especially if you order the mocha-froca-pop-a-capp-inyourass-fratino thing with whip cream and stuff. I hate Starbucks.
we have our own Starbucks in the office I work at, they make protein shakes for me. When the owner build the new place, his wife insisted on getting their own Starbucks. That’s a bad coffee addiction right there.
i think starbucks coffee is absolutely the worst tasting coffee i have had in my entire life. it tastes like burnt cigarettes. i’d much rather buy coffee from a skeezy gas station that buy starbucks coffee.
Starbucks is the biggest rip off for nothing more than sludge. I get a big can of good coffee for 9 bucks that lasts me a long time.
I do like their Mocha Frapacino. I bring it home, put in a blender along with whey protein powder. Yum.
When I travel, I inevitably end up at the airport Starschmucks. I get unsweetened iced coffees with extra ice, add a little milk and Splenda.
To date, I have never said “Tall, Grande, or Vente”, always “Large iced coffee, or similar…” I don’t speak “Starbuckian”.
