High pulls snatch grip 145x8x8

Straight arm pullovers 67.5x8x8 20 secs rest

reverse bbell curls 65x8x8

BTN press 115x15,135x15 then 40 second breaks 135x13,8,8 and 7.

Smith incline press 205x17, 5 sec rest then 11,10,8 and 6.

Pushdowns 100x23 then 30 sec rests then 15,15,17 and 14.

Big swole here!

135x5x2,185x3,225x3,275x3,315x3,365x2x2,405x2x2 and 425x2x3. These are pretty good considering I have not pulled in over 8 months and just be doing T-handle swings at home due to my back issues.
