Either way, alot of hard work has gone into building a physique that looks like that. Very inspirational and commendable.

The last time I saw him, he was all puffy. I would say he has trained, and dieted, and had some one tweak his juice for this photo.

I suspect that all he has had to do is reduce his GH dose to maybe 2 iu ED or EOD. Maybe add in a diuretic for a few days in prep for the shoot.
He was bigger and more water retentive for Rocky Balboa, I agree, but that could have just been a function of elevated carbs and a little too much GH (or just the carbs).

I noticed that as well. Old people have shitty skin, and Sly is technically an old guy, so it makes sense.
But he still probably pulls hotter (Hell, younger) chicks than I do.
