The only reason to not train arms directly is so that you can concentrate on recovery efforts and greater frequency of training in the big lifts.

None of you are hardcore enough to worry about this.

Even then most pros do active recovery, light weight, but they still do arm work.

growth hormone can cause suppression of gh after long term use. ghrp6 however mimics ghrelin causing the release of gh. this is used during gh recovery periods apparently, because it doesnt cause the downregulation of gh. i would’t ne suprised if it causes the downregulation of ghrelin but maybe that isn’t so bad. ghrp is also legal to buy as an rc

im answering all my own questions

maybe not ghrp. seems to have some weird side effects. i could use the appetite increase though
