Personally, I find testosterone to be kinda, eh, “meh” when it comes to anabolism.
Ive done everything from 250mg of test to 1.2 of test.
The difference in muscle building between 250 and 1 is there, but its not “alot”.
However, NPP/deca on another hand … then we talking muscle gains.
And no, im not talking only bout the water weight, but “actual muscle” aswell as strenght.
Dbol is also WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more potent, both when it comes to size and strenght.
600 mg NPP a week for me was VASTLY superiour to 1g of test, cant even compare it, the difference is/was insane.
On 600 NPP I get STRONG, very fucking strong, and my endurance in the gym is insane. Just a couple weeks and my muscles show obvious anabolism, and yes most of it stays around when I go down to a cruise dose of test.
Same with 50mg dbol, holy moly, the strenght, the size it packs on … unreal.
Test tho? Eeh, Yeah, I get a little bit stronger, a little bit bigger, lots of it is bloat, its “alright” I guess, but it is far, it is FAAAAAAAAAR from “muuh test is best!!!”.
Maybe some of you folks really add tons of size on test alone, but for me … just no.
And yes, it is with the same/a good workout routine and diet. Been doing this for years.
Maybe someone out there is the same, I dunno.
