An inch deeper, no more. I find drinks my knees out is key. My toes point out because that’s more comfortable, but I still need to focus on knees out.

I did have some bad knee cave esp on the 495. Stance was a little wide I think.

Despite some minor SI pain I think was actually muscular my depth was much better today. My warmups went ok. Butt wink has been more difficult to get rid of probably because I have been taking short cuts with my warmups so I should stop sucking hahaha.

My descent is what needs a shit ton of work now. It’s shaky and just shitty. Part of the issue is quad tendonitis but my warm ups should be taking care of that so more stop sucking.

Won my first slap bet yesterday!!! So of course upon collection I teased Johnny and rubbed his cheeks to “warm them up” and then swung and of course didnt slap him and lightly slapped him on his chest. Or so I thought because it made the worlds loudest slap noise LOL oops. Then of course I felt bad. Reviewed the tape and I didnt really hit hard just freak slap noise.

Wanted to get Zercher Lunges in but my back was lit up after all that (pump not SI so awesome).

The more I watched the earlier footage the more I became unsatisfied with the workout. I managed to hit all my reps but the warmups and descents bothered me. So I did most of the workout over and it went much better.

LEARNT:
-Quad Tendonitis is probably the major factor in decent.
-It takes 315 to eliminate butt wink (again).

CHEAT MEAL I didnt get to eat BBQ yesterday because we all decided to be lazy instead. Also I had some extra calories and needed some more protein on the day…so today while grocery shopping I found some beautiful new york strip milanesa and chicken thighs. Keto people got it right with food selection, I just dont want to deal with the 2 weeks of getting adapted.

I am going full blown cut mode tomorrow. I was kind of slowly cutting calories and waiting to go with just potatoes but fk it, its GO TIME!!!

Chicken, potato and veggies…thats it. 2750cal-250p-429c-16f.

I know that all burns for 2750 cals but with the potatoes I know it is going to act more like 2000.

You can do things to get into keto much faster than 2 weeks. It only takes me three days.

Working on that quad. Body weight squats and quad extensions very light just until I can body weight squat with out pain.

Muscleup form was shit today.

Physique is smooth and puffy AF. Not thrilled about that but new veins starting to show so that makes me feel a bit better.

Pretty sure I gained 2 “good” kilos since last cut. Last cut my kilos and waist measurements lined up pretty close. This time my kilos are ~2 higher than my waist measurements. Under 92cm waist 94.3kg.

I have my next program done. Basically it is my old Dunk Program but leaving some waves in for Bench and Deads. I will treat this program like a volume block for the Dunk program which will focus more on 1RM and Speed.

Switching to Decaf has backfired horrifically. Now I am taking Preworkout every day (for 3 days) which I am certain fks with me more than the way too much coffee. Tomorrow I will go back to normal coffee but limit it to 2 cups for a few days. Then 1…then decaf again. Just for a week or so then I can have my normal coffee.

Came very close if not matched my old jump height PR but last one I was in taller shoes and considering I hadn’t tested it in months I am very happy with that. Pretty sure I can walk onto a court and dunk a tennis ball.

Deads sucked. Callous power was weak (no grip issues though) and lot of rounding. I just need to work more in higher %s. I don’t think speed deads have had great carry over to heavy deads (like I hoped) but I wonder how they have done for jumping?

Full cleans also sucked, besides hitting myself in the chin and using an aggressive knurled bar in the middle which ripped my beard off I just wasn’t thinking well. Fatigue was probably setting in.

HEAVY Squats LOL this was a saving moment of the workout. I feel like I could feel my quads actually getting better. I also learned to not force the depth, let the quad warm up with reps depth and form will come as I get warmed up. Dropping deep pause squats for fast high rep high squats to warm up and heal the quad. Saying this out loud makes it seem pretty obvious.

FUNNY SPOT STORIES

I was spotting Sofi for her squats in front of a wall mirror. Meanwhile there was if I am honest a ridiculously hot female working out in pretty much lingerie (side note why tf is that spelled like that unless I am mispronouncing it my entire life).

I glanced away from spotting a couple times to see who was behind us (big open area) and another time to investigate a presumed powerlifter picking out his bar.

Wifey thought I was checking the chick out (whom I think was actually jumping rope, it’s like something a fitness porn would open with). She still doesnt believe me that isn’t what I was looking at but she wasn’t mad so no reason to push it either.

Story 2:

I am trying to learn the Clean and Jerk but I have no idea how to execute the press…don’t google “how to jerk”. Or maybe do, no judgments :smiley:

Hit a pretty hard energy crash this morning. Insomnia (tren preWO induced), dehydration and diet all caught me hard.

Emotionally I am locked in harder than I ever have been. I put myself in “jail”. I have no life, no diet, no cheats, no options, no excuses until this is done.

Final phases of my diet:

HIGH FAT FRIDAY 2600cal-267p-294c-57f-44fiber Rice for calorie speed and 8 eggs for high fat day

PRE-FINISHER 2450cal-256p-292c-38f-44fiber less eggs for balanced diet, I am staying here until progress stalls.

Sunday I know I said no cheats but wifey got to get hers too. We celebrate V-Day on sunday and I will be allowed either a fatty hearty meal (burger, steak etc) or a salad and dessert.

FINAL PHASE 2136cal-232p-290c-38f-44fiber (Just dropped the eggs from pre-F…this gonna suck…I actually hope it wont be needed.)

I will keep working to eat as much of my energy calories pre workout hit the gym early for maximum energy and save most of my protein and veggies for the rest of the day.

There is a small chance I add a maintenance calorie couple of days if things get too rough energy wise and progress stalls. That will only be if progress stalls.

I think I might be a little sick (or just sick of my food, every meal I feel slightly nauseous). Now I am remembering that can be a side of Tren…which until now all my sides had gone away except insomnia and I was strarting to think I was made for tren LOL. What ever, time to toughen up…but I really hope it is just my body saying eat something besides potato and chicken.

Squats tomorrow should be fun. Really hoping I can just hit 3@495 again maybe with slightly better depth. My quad felt a ton better today.

And another 6 to 8 weeks (8 to 10 weeks total). 1st week was that dosage halved. if sides come in or it gets weird that would be the only thing that would stop the cycle early.

The weight hasnt been falling off but new veins and definition have been coming in and fat pockets have been disappearing noticeably day to day.

I quit TRT about twelve weeks ago because of serious bacne issue, but since I’ve gone on keto that’s clearing up so I am close to going back on.

I quit with no PCT and saw serious loss of strength, but also weight.

I’m around 6’1" and weighed in at 180 this morning. When I get done with T-ransformation, hope to be around 170, so skinny AF. You have a much better base than I.

Keep plugging, I know Tren and Mast are great drugs, so you should see progress for sure.

I get an alcohol bath at least twice a day which helps a ton but itsn’t perfect. I am considering accutane or something less harsh.

I am going to try really hard to stop cluttering this log with plans any further in the future than already happened.

Went with singles for laziness (have a cold), frequency (I want to squat heavy every other day so every rep hinders that), goals adjusted (singles fit better for both dunking and 600 squat) and strength evaluation (during cut I will have a better idea of strength this way).

DIET TODAY:

Added caldo cubes to my rice and veggie chicken soup (i was avoiding this for ingredient lists…but if people can get shredded eating protein shakes and other supplements with those ingredient lists some caldo should be fine).

Adding back in a banana (leg cramps been starting here and there)

Eggs again (fats to help with life)

The only thing I can commit to is that I will be lowering the calories over the next few weeks.

Now I am going to try to sleep off this cold.
