Pretty sure I will run jokers for everything and treat the scripted top sets as daily minimums.
Started BBB because it just makes sense. I think the best way to work on form is perfect reps. The best way to get better at something is practice (reps). The best way for me to fix various tendonitis’s is reps. Also I want to feel good beltless again so reps with out the belt. Plus 4 out of 4.5 times I am skipping Front Squats because I cant get my rack right.

FORM UPDATE: we on point, no thinking and ripping. Still some minor kinks to work out but in general my first reps were always the best and those are the ones that really matter.
Back Lit up from squats yesterday and felt it pretty hard today.
Headed back in to get my rowing done and teach Sofi and her friend how to deadlift.
Soooo walking into the gym…Getting set up. Remove my headphones from my ears and the dude near me says…

You didnt want to sound like a pervert but you sure excelled at it. That is why I dont talk to women in the gym, for as long as they have been going to the gym there have been 3 creepers staring and 2 others trying to help with form while each caressing a butt cheek.
DIET: Bangin baby!!! Potato blast and flexi just wasnt working. So I went stupid simpleR: 1kg of ground beef and 1kg of veggies (with green ones so @littlesleeper doesnt scold me hahaha). That covers protein and fiber and works out to about 2k cals and allows me to choose a few snacks through the day.
With this adjustment I didnt get all bloated and today I saw my delt veins through my t-shirt in the gym so that was nice.

Taught Meli how to deadlift in about 3 minutes today. I have taught so many people how to deadlift or helped with form tweaks here or there. It usually takes 3 to 20 minutes.
I have been teaching Sofi for 5 years and she still cant deadlift and that made me think of this…

So my left delt was crushed hard and rather than fight through it I stopped the BBB.
I feel like I have made great progress on my Lat imbalances. But my traps/rhomboids have been more difficult to get into. Today I think I had some real progress.
I did some research of causes and of course the most likely one was mobility which of course I dismissed and now a month later I am on the mobility train. It wouldnt have changed anything in my approach as the approaches are about the same for me. (unilateral work focusing on equal form.)
Ok off to go be normal for a bit and watch the Champions League finals (i think its the finals) with some buddies. I do know who I am rooting for because my wife tells me all the time hahaha.

Everything unilateral today.
I hate machines but on days when you just dont feel like being there it is an easy and lazy way to get some work done. I also tried a machine today and think it will really help with my back imbalances, so some good came out of it.
Also MEAL PREP DAAAYYY!!! I found out that chicken skin reallly doesnt add that many more calories (but it adds about 8 trillion flavor) so I will be braising some big chunks of chicken today. I have some beef too and pork. Next 4 days my food is gonna be awesome. Might have some food porn later.
It came out amazing!!! Next time I will look to use halved breasts though I think. Or possibly just whole chickens and butcher them myself. i have been watching sooo many food videos on youtubes.

Right delt felt off whole bench workout so I considered it to be an issue of impingement and went ham on some rowing. That was the list but it was a ton here a ton there back to that then some of this.
Hopefully later I hit up some Dum Military pressing and more rows.
Everything felt light AF today and my knee was feeling great.
Then I went for a PR at 565 and despite almost falling over still got it up soooo
585 I made sure to stay more upright and it went with moderate grind. A lot easier than you would expect after almost dying and going for a 2nd PR on your 6th joker.
BUUUUT somewhere either in the hole or on the way up there was a click or pop in my knee. It doesnt feel great but I wont really know until tomorrow.
Diet going decent, my belt fit better today but I look the same I think.
The coolest thing was after eating I laid down for a few minutes and when I stood up it felt like someone was tasing both of my SI joints. I have had SI pain but this was completely different.
Then I fell asleep for 6.5 hours to wake up at 1030pm wide awake.
I think my CNS may have gone nuts hahahaha
Back and knee a bit sore but back is not truly injured and knee probably isnt much worse that it was.
Biggest problem will be getting back to a normal sleep schedule.
And yuuuup knee fkt a bit more than I thought. It dictated a lot of my training today. So no Deads. and my back dictated the rest.
Diet: lower carbs and fattier has been ok but I think I am just eating to many calories still. I am going to go back to low fat for a bit.

So going to go fullish rehab mode with the training and Supps. Training is simple, just going to keep the weight lighter and reps higher and incorporate more pause work.
Like any roid head I have been thinking about my next cycle since my last one ended. I was hoping to have another month to think about this and hoping I would not be running NPP but my goals went from “be tiny and strong” to “fix my knee”. So much so HGH is almost on the table.
Starting with 350mg of NPP per week and 437.5mg of Test Enanthate per week. NPP will probably be bumped to 525mg later. I will run this for 2 to 8 weeks depending on results andhow well I like it.
1st shot gave me a bit of tren cough and my vascularity was quite improved today in the gym so I am afraid I am going to love it.
I will most likely move into a cutting cycle after this. Possibly EQ/Mast and then finish with tren.
You see, I designed my version of the ultimate cycle that I would never run for a number of reasons (mainly shear length and I would never want to be larger so the first half is moot). This MAY be my chance to do it.
Phase lengths and dosages can change as I would not have set comp date.
