Knee wraps are allowed in my meet. This rocks, as my wraps give me about 25kg on my max. So, right now, I should be able to squat 260kg. By meet time, with my “assistance”, 280kg is not too far away. We’ll see.

(wraps on) 245kgx1, well I was hoping to triple it. The rep was not hard. It was really smooth, like the 210. But, my head felt it was gonna explode. Really, I just put wraps on and it felt like dying. Imagine having double ply suit on. I was shaking like a motherfucker. Well, it felt good. The way 245 felt, I am able for a 260 right now with wraps on, If I can actually walk it out LOL.

Felt like crap, slept for 3 hours last night, the slept for 4 hours from 15:00 to 19:00,
which made me feel like more crap.

worked up to 120x1x3, paused reps. Easy, I just couldn’t get really tight.

DONE. I felt like total crap during the workout, but right now, about an hour later, I am feeling a bit better.

I did a back workout yesterday, did 7 repsx8 sets pull ups in 16 minutes, then a typical workout I don’t remember atm, and 8 sets of biceps.

Have been eating like a little girl and it shows: 96,9kg. I hate myself. But, for a fucking weird reason, PRs are all over the place. I don’t even know what is happening.

26/10/12 Squat

Worked up to 235kgx2 in wraps. I missed my third because I was out of breath. I am not going to wear knee wraps after all, since I don’t have someone to wrap them for me and wrapping myself is at least exchausting.

29/10/12 Back and biceps

I don’t want to lift heavy anymore. Loading and unloading plates, for almost none physical gains in appearence, is fucking lame. So, After this meet, it is bodybuilding time again! YAY!

Today I did 15 sets of back, consisting of cable rows, pull ups, close grip cable pullups, cable pullovers. Then, 12 sets of bices, consisting of 4 sets of machine curls, 4 sets DB curls and 4 sets cable rope hammer curls. Everything was upwards of 10 reps. Oh the pump!

31/10/12 Bench

Before work out, I probably had eaten a 1500 calories all day, and I work out at night. So yeah, I suck. So did the workout.

Worked up to 140kgx1. Not a max, but damn near. Went smooth to lockout, so I guess 95%? At this point, I was dizzy.

Side laterals 2x8

Done. Dizzy as I fuck, I left the gym, went home and ate about 2500 calories. Pizza milk and oreos. I must have lost some more weight, I must be around 95kg atm. I will replace the batteries on my scale and weight myself just to see how much dick my nutrition sucks. But hey, at least I am RIPPED BRO! lol

1/11/12 Squat

Worked up to 220kgx2, fell forward on my third and escaped, didn’t fight it, I felt like my back was in a really vulnerable position. @ continuous misses in two weeks, 4 weeks out of the meet. Not good. Next week will be somewhat a deload, I will work up to 180kg, then the next week 220x3 probably, if I am not sure will take it for 2, then 230kgx2, then my meet. Should be able to get 240kg.

Decent workout. Afterwards, I went to a party, and when I decided to leave my car just wouldn’t start. Fucking awesome. I waited 30 minutes, for the roadside assistance, the guy came, beated the crap out of the fuel pump, it didn’t work, and then he took the car and me at my house. Tomorrow morning I am going to check it out to see if it the fuel pump. Hopefully it is, because if it is some electronic crap I am going to be really pissed.

6/11/12 Bench

Worked up to 137,5x1, medium grip. Could have triped it, but my shoulder hurt like a mess, so I shut it down.

Time to get back to this log I guess. Since last time I posted, I have been doing some BB workouts to gain some mass. I did. I became bigger, my weight is almost the same (atm I am 95,5kg), but I do not want to gain any more. Actually, I do, I just hate eating LOL. Anyway, since I am back at powerlifting(or should I say powerbuilding), I have decided to start posting again.

As of now, 3 weeks back into powerlifting, my best numbers are: squat 195kgx5, bench press 110x9 and 115x5. I am not doing any deadlifts because my gym sucks. I am looking for an olympic gym nearby to dome my deadlifts but I can’t seem to find any. Anyway, I am hoping to stay at around the weight I am now, since I feel more energetic in general at this weight.

Don’t know, but since I remember myself, I hated it. When I was 2 and half, I told my mother " mom, can’t you just feed me from my belly button? I don’t want to eat, I’m bored."

But it has it’s benefits. I am way too lean year round LOL.

200kgx4, nothing PRish, but pretty good, considering that 4 weeks ago I barely got 180x5. My strength is coming along nicely. Mid april I should be back to 220x3.

Good workout, but I really hate loading and unloading the bar. I have to find a good training partner.

8/3/12 Shoulders and triceps

Side laterals, 3 sets of 10
DB press, 3 sets of 12
Upright rows, 10 reps really close grip 10 reps shoulder width grip, 3 sets
Cable laterals, explosive on the way up, 4 second descent, 3 sets of 6 reps each arm

Delts were incredibly pumped. On to triceps.

Overhead DB extension 2 sets of 12. I just keep trying to do these, and they just keep hurting my shoulders and elbows. Screw them.
Reverse grip straight bar pressdowns, 3 sets of 15
cable pressdowns, 3 sets of 15
close grip paused bench press, 3 sets of 7 with minimum rest in between. This finished off my triceps and left them with a great pump.

Done. Really good workout, I really love BB style workouts, but I hate having no strength. I believe I will find what works for me. On another note, I have been eating about 3k calories per day on average, with little protein (around 130 grams each day), I have maintained bodyweight, and yet everyone around me says I have got bigger. Well, there it goes to show that you can get bigget without additional weight. Anyhow, yeasterday All day I ate about 1000 calories, and today I woke up feeling like a MILLION bucks. turns out my body hates food too LOL.
