I get this gum called “Mad Croc” from Target. I chew that at the gym and it keeps me going. It suggests two pieces but two pieces makes me jittery. The gum has guarnine (?) and caffeine.
but I like Spike.

That croc gum is just low rent Jolt. Jolt at least tastes better, I got no huge effects from them.
