I personally have sworn to never do another exam without being Spiked. I take the normal, caffeinated caps. I find Fish Oil and Ginko helpful too.

Everyone is different, but every time I’ve downed a Spike Shooter just before studying, I get instant A.D.D. and just want to bounce off the walls. That stuff is just too strong for me to stay focused on. And this is coming from someone that used to take 20 - 40mg of Adderall to study.
