Speed and Angels

Speed and Angels is among the best, most thrilling documentaries that I have ever seen, so I thought I should post the link up here for those that are interested. It would make for great viewing no matter what mood you are in.

The documentary follows 2 individuals, one male and one female, through the incredible journey of becoming Navy Fighter Pilots. The film provides an unbelievable view into the lives of some of the smartest, most intelligent men and woman that comprise the US Navy, and gets you up close and personal with the planes, equipment, training, tests, and challenges that help mold these individuals into the top pilots in the world.

You owe it to yourself to watch this documentary, not only to be extremely entertained and thrilled, but to gain utmost respect for the men and woman that protect this country, and what they are truly made off.

If I had a protective force that consisted of men in flamboyant red jackets riding around on horses, I probably wouldn’t care very much either. Don’t be mad that we possess the most powerful fighting force in the world.

I don’t jock the military that often, but this documentary is very well constructed and will entertain even those who are the least interested in such topics.

In Canadialand, they’re all aboot fart jokes.

Fuck. sighs

Guy’s c’mon, let’s keep this thread on topic… I mean for the OP’s sake, I swear.

Please?

That picture is inaccurate in that it only depicts our armored calvary. We also have a powerful Navy (6 birch bark canoes) and long-range ballistic capabilities (this Iroquois guy called “Chief Hurling Rock” who’s really adept at…hurling rocks).

Oh, and to hell with Hulu and its geographic discrimination! I wanted to watch that.

Watching it now, excellent doc so far.

For all you guys in other countries, the video is available on youtube.

Yes.

I really liked it, very well done.

I’m a let you finish West Coast, but Top Gun is the hottest Fighter Pilot documentary ever.
