Now I know that bread is off the menu for many of you, but does anyone indulge in sourdough bread?
I have been trying to cut my un-necessary carb intake, but I dont think I will ever be able to give up bread. This sourdough stuff tastes delicious, and apparently produces a lower insulin response than whole wheat bread!!
I lived off pretzels, sausage and beer for three weeks while on vacation in Germany and I lost weight. Probably mostly muscle though. I’m sure this post doesn’t help you much, but I’ll add this, as long as the rest of your diet is in check, a little bread here and there won’t make any difference.
