Gemma gave Nero a pretty good reason to dump her on all her own merit by instigating a fight with his madame (she’s not his bottom cause she fucks other dudes and isn’t exactly supportive i.e. calling his crew about the blonde chick). But from the preview for next week, it’s pretty clear that he isn’t going to use that as his excuse, which is stupid.

This is all true, however, did Nero even know about the fight at the time he made his deal with Jax? I’m trying to remember now and it’s not coming to me. Pretty sure that I’ve deleted that episode too.

Being female, that story line is ruining it for me too. I understand they’re showing the phasing out of Gemma and Tara’s intro as the new queen but it was not necessary to have it go on for this long. Enough already, we get the picture.

The recent episodes, excepting Opie, have felt a little weak. When they ingrain drama more deeply again, my attention will most likely hold. For now the little snarky, self resolving stuff is like popcorn fodder from one episode to the next. I have faith though, the cards are in play to build another seasonal climax for sure.
