I dont get all this Prof X nonsense.

He is like big because he eats a lot and lifts heavy weights so if you want to get big he tells you to eat a lot and lift heavy weights and he knows stuff because when I had pain in my forearms when doing bicep curls he told me why and how to go about it, soooo…

Of course I never expected a Christmas card or some such, I just wanted to know why my arms hurt.

I’ve got nothing to do with you and your attitude. I don’t post pics as a personal preference but yes, I am bigger than you. Strangely, similar to your marathon/triathlete days I was also pretty skinny as a basketball and swimming captain, then started lifting after high school.
