I am a fellow gaijin T-man in the land of the rising sun. I do PC support for a securities firm in Tokyo. I have never been to Hiroshima, but I did a 2 year English teaching stint in Ise (Mie-ken). How are the gyms down there? The gyms in Mie sucked, but now I live next to Gold’s Gym in North Tokyo.
