This is even worse than I thought. He comes out once every 18 months to feed and cause internet mayhem.
I’m betting the modeling company is a sham company that will no doubt ask him for $400 to develop his “picture portfolio” or something like that, and then skip town. I watched a Dateline special about it a few years ago. This type of scam is popular, apparently.
