Snow Time

they’re calling for more than 12" of snow tonight/tomorrow for my area. Anyone else going to get some snow? can’t wait

No, but it was 3 degrees this morning, I think snow on Sat or Sun.

Yeah, same here.

I’d rather it snow now than during the week, when I have to drive to work in it.

73 degrees here and rainy. No snow in sight. lol

I’ve already seen enough snow for one winter…

I used to get excited about snow when I was a kid. Now that I have to shovel it, brush it off my car and drive through it, it doesn’t have the same appeal. Unless I’m on a ski vacation.

Plus the storm warnings bring throngs of desperate people to the grocery stores. Every flurry becomes “Storm of the Century” and there isn’t enough pop tarts and cola to last until they’re plowed out in an hour.

I can’t wait, love it! We have an extended doe season in my area and I love to hunt in the snow.

Predicting 8-12inches in my neck of the woods. WEEEEE!!!

Ugh, the one weekend I have to work this month. The bullshit of all bullshits!

Yeah…I was just outside, and it was like 80 degrees at 8:30 at night. So you guys have fun freezing.

Snow…three feet on either side of my sidewalk…and it was a balmy -45 degrees celcius on monday…good times…oh yeah and the sun disappears at 4:30(ish)pm everyday so I go to work in the dark and return home in the dark…I LOVE WINTER!!!

Sunny and a high of ~60 (IE fucking perfect).

I guess this is the reward we get for sweating our nuts off 9 months out of the year.

nah, but I’m about 25 mins south of Bal’more

We’ve got about 6 inches on the ground and its still lightly falling…

I like snow as long as it goes away after the new Year! Lived in Maine for about 5 years, the winter forecast was easy: going to be ridiculously cold, 90% chance of snow, you won’t thaw out until May!

I told my girlfriend that the prediction is that ‘someones getting 6-10 inches’… she didn’t laugh -lol

maybe she would have if you said she was

They need to rename hazard lights to “I have no fucking business driving in the snow” lights. At the rate some of those jackasses were going, they might not get to their destination by Christmas.

We can usually predict what storms we get by talking to family in MD, PA, and NJ. In the winter, if they’re getting rain, we’re getting snow. If they’re getting snow, we’re getting a nasty snow storm. If they’re getting a nasty snow storm, well, we can count on being snowed in for a day and the electric going out.

Ironically, the way this storm is tracking you guys in the mid-atlantic states are going to get a decent storm and we’re forecasted to only get an inch or three if that.

Snow is a pile of pish.

Incidentally the worst snow related incident I ever heard was some cunt in Glasgow(Ruchill golf course to be precise) getting his left bawbag caught in the steel ski of his toboggan. Any money the poor bastard now winces at the mere mention of snow.
