Wow didn’t know this thread was still going. Reverse burgers look awesome, will definitely have to experiment in the near future. Will try and get a few more pics up in the next week or so. Sucks that most places in England just don’t know how to do proper cuts of steak after looking at the pictures in here.
Gregron does mango go well with the rice? I am looking for ways to mix things up a bit while still getting plenty of carbs in from rice to support huge amounts of training on the water and on ergos.
Any tips for the aspiring chef? Just wondering how some of you got into cooking meals like these and any tips you might have. Can’t cook much, want to change that. Thanks.

trial and error. even if you fuck something up, it’s still (most likely) going to be edible. pick up a better homes and gardens cookbook too. they have plenty of tables on how long it takes to cook various meats and fishes in there plus plenty of fairly basic recipes. you won’t just wake up some day and win iron chef.

The best thing you could do for yurself here is trade out plain fat free yogurt. I’m telling you it sounds crazy but you will not know the difference and never go back to the calorie laden sour cream again. I do mostly lean cuts of chicken or steak and also eggs.
Flash’s breakfast of Goddamn champions
3 jumbo egg omlet w/ bp’s & onions
3 strips bacon
Chicken breast
Diced potatoes
Sriracha & ketchup
Don’t normally do ketchup but I overcooked the omlet so needed some lube. I put sriracha on pretty much all my solid meals. That shit is gangster.
