Garlic chicken penne w/broccoli and whole wheat (51%) pasta.

I ate the leftovers of the chicken penne for dinner/PWO tonight. But, I was hungry just now so busted out the pan. Chicken breast with onion sauteed in olive oil, franks, cajun spice and garlic salt. Simple and tasty. However, I am now wishing I used a little more oil and a bigger onion.

brunch:

2 large chicken, artichoke and mozzarella cheese sausages
6 large Eggs
1 avacado
garlic salt, pepper

hahaha I dont feel weird about it when the chicken is in sausage form.

I’ve mixed in diced up left over chicken breast before and, i have to admit, I did feel a little weird about it lol

Half of a deep dish Buffalo Chicken Pizza (thank you leftovers!)

I ate the first two pieces and was unimpressed with the amount of chicken on them so I took matters into my own hands…

I grilled up another one of the chicken sausages i had (tons of them from coscto) threw that on top with more cheese and more Franks Red Hot sauce… bam!

Seared steak in a cast iron pan, topped with pepperjack cheese and smothered in sauteed onions, mushrooms and bacon.

I ate it with a salad and almost a half a gallon of whole milk. haha

Todays lunch… 1/4 chicken with sauteed (oilive oil, crushed peppers, seasonings) green/red peppers and onions

Am I the only one that gets off to this thread? Anyone?.. no?
