Sky: That’s what I thought. I mean, would it have been better if I laid out my pork rinds on a plate? The title says “snap a pic of your plate”. It doesn’t say, “snap a pic of a MEAL, not a snack”.
Don’t fitness buffs eat snacks? I’m confused.
I don’t know. It’s hard to know when something simple and innocent that you post will get someone riled up.
It’s why I go through posting “bursts” around here. I post until someone is an asshole to me for no good reason (which usually takes about 5 minutes) and then I don’t feel like posting anymore… : (
Wow, I didn’t realize that sarcasm had been completely eliminated from this province of T-Nation Land.
Do I really come of as the type that would get riled up over that? Come on guys. The only thing that actually makes me mad is the Sharks in the playoffs and when a girl won’t leave in the morning after you’ve given the hint multiple times (including taking a 40 minute shower).

You did get mad at me for busting chops in the world cup soccer thread. But I mostly like you so I didn’t make a big deal about it.
Oh and Skynett, go fuck yourself you fucking fuckface goatfuckermotherfucker.

Ha yea I do get heated about sports also, my apologies. Hopefully I will be able to upgrade you from “mostly like” to “fully like” sometime in the near future.

I only wish I could have joined the Fantasy football league, I would have been upgraded for sure then.

ok I see, sounds nice how you have it. Maybe the Lebanese places are different in London compared with Canada, they come more like a wrap in khobez bread, pitta and stuff I think is more from turkish places, and the tahini…you NEED it haha, it makes it so nice, I think middle eastern food in general is amazing especially the Lebanese cuisine my dad makes, someone should start a new topic on middle-eastern cooking for sure ![]()
I vicariously salivate to some of these pictures…especially since I’m pretty sure some of the individual ‘plates’ have a caloric content greater than what I eat in one day D: .
This was a gluten free pizza (my girlfriend eats gluten free)
Its one of Sugharts recipies… cauliflower for the crust and it was so good. Hard as hell to get all the moister out of the ground up cauliflower though
i’ve posted this picture in the “dirty bulk” thread but its good for here too… In N Out 4x4. This has been one of my go to Post Workout Meals lately… been having 2 of these beasts a week lately. 1,040 cals
and lastly (and probably most boringly) my lunch from just now. 8oz of mashed up sweet potato and 7oz of ground turkey meat. Pretty quick and really good. one of my favorites. With some Franks RedHot sauce of course. According to NutritionData.com its 710 cals 56grams of pro and 60grams of cabs.
Forgot this thread existed… will upload a picture of some shit tomorrow!
Some pretty good meals there. The burger and T-bone steak look awesome. I’ve found a bit of thai sweet chilli sauce goes well with most things I cook at the moment. I put it on steak, chicken and if I do a stir fry. I need to take some more pics soon. Have to admit this year at university is so much better now I can cook for myself instead of eating college food. I can finally eat proper food regularly and eat proper portions.
Lunch, all you can eat salad at the grocery store down the road.
Spinach
green peppers
onion
eggs
half a chicken
bacon
black olives
balsomic vinager and EVO
Cottage cheese for desert, couldn’t finish it.

greg, you’ve gotta run that 4x4 with “mustard/ketchup instead”
Sure you lose some kcals along the way, but see if you don’t prefer their burgers that way
