Snacks for Keto Diet?

Chia seeds 12-20g soaked in heavy cream (15g). Top with 1/4cup water. Add a pinch of salt & 1/8th scoop of protein powder for flavor. Let it sit in the fridge until it turns to pudding. I add coconut butter or shredded coconut. You can Also add almond butter for flavor or chopped macadamia nuts for crunchy texture. Need more fat? Add more cream. Or coconut milk. Or shredded coconut. The chia seed base is Very versatile, lots of fiber.

Coconut butter straight outta the jar, by the spoonful. I make my own in a vitamix. 1 lb of shredded coconut on high for 1.5 mins. Turns to a paste. Add salt. Let it cool. Eat the hell out of it. Repeat.
