Finally may be trying something that works with this Ulcerative Colitis. My bleeding has been reduced considerably. I’d say I’ve been below 50% for about 2/3 of a year. Now I’m over 50% at least and some days about 75%. I still need to clean my diet. I run out of time to prepare and end up eating poorly to keep from starving.
Regardless… HOMEMADE YOGURT without bifixxxxx.. and letting it cure between 100-110degrees for more than 24hours. It has made an immediate impact. Now, maybe I can get my eating back in place I so desperately need. Before, a protein shake or workout drink was off limits. I seem to be retaining that now. Hopefully more improvement to come.

Ulcerative Colitis got the best of me. Almost went on Remicade but backed out last second. Just took myself off Entocort after month and a half. I just felt like the definition of fatigue and non-ambition.
I have something in mind training wise…but going to freestyle it. Just post my workouts.
I have lost a ton of strength and stamina. I do better when eating superclean and lower amounts…but lose weight that way and strength. Maybe I’ll figure something out.
Getting started back. Much healthier now than previous in regards to my UC. SCDlifestyle has helped a lot. Guide to strictly adhere to the specific carb diet… and my bleeding and excessive bowel movements are under control.
