Yeah thanks man I expected it to get better pretty quick because my legs had gotten much stronger since I’d last done them. To be honest though, I am not a huge fan of squats.

For some reason the pluses (+) I write aren’t showing up, so I’ll use up and down instead of plus or minus.

Back Thickness

135x15, 225x6, 315x5, 475x2, 565x4 (Up 20 pounds, down 1 rep. One step away from 6 plates/side!)

Seated row - 120x12, 220x11 (up 20 pounds, down 3 reps)

BB Shrug - 135x12, 225x5, 335x14 (Up 2 reps. I really just don’t like these, think I may switch to some sort of machine)

Back width/bis

Pulldowns - 90x12, 130x6, 190x11

HS Close-Grip Pulldowns - 90x12, 180x6, 230x9 (Up 10 pounds, down 1 rep)

Pullovers - 25x12, 55x9 (Up 5 pounds, down 3 reps)

Preacher Curl Machine - 60x10, 85x5, 130x5 (Up 20 pounds, down 5 reps. I only meant to go up 10 pounds but there was another ten hiding between two 25’s that I didn’t see)

Hammer Curls - 20x12, 45x5, 65x14 (Same again but my form is slowly improving)

Also, weight: 204 (Up 2.5 pounds!)
