Sleep Deprivation (Especially Chronic) Lowers T Significantly

I remember a sleep PhD doctor on Joe Rogan podcast said this a couple months ago. Low chronic sleep can age someone up to 10 years by decreasing T levels.

In my opinion I think it would more than junk food.

Have y’all conluded after getting great sleep and only that variable alone, that your T levels have gone up?

Im sure I’ve been sleep deprived since Janruary when I worked in call center and now at warehouse since June.

Probably won’t get any argument on this site. A lot of us had to go through sleep studies to rule out sleep apnea before we got onto TRT via our PCPs. The insurance companies usually require it. I noticed a trend (feelings wise) and got a sleep mask about 6 years ago to ensure I was getting enough quality sleep. I am a snorer but the sleep study concluded I had very mild apnea which is not treatable via cpap. I still have my tonsils and a large uvula so my airway gets restricted in certain positions. ENT doc said he could remove it all but not even a 50% chance it would help so no thanks.
