Fuxking traps for days my man
This guy takes up a rack for the whole hour. He does 1 - 3 reps and then rests. There is a trio of guys that sometimes take up another rack, they spend more time talking than lifting. So when this guy and the other guys are there at the same time, that leaves one rack for everyone else.

Validation- tall guys suffer on certain lifts and should probably do something else. Whenever I mention this, typically short guys call BS.

My buddy says “you’re doing traps?” I’m like why you say that. Because that’s what you always do. Well, I don’t do them all the time. He’s like, not all the time, but mostly. I’m like wtf ever! Then out on the floor I start doing presses, and then I put the weights down and say, well, I am doing traps today, but I don’t do them that often.
