First day back! My back was killing me last week. I think it was from haunching over plucking hairs after laser hair removal, or maybe walking on the treadmill for 45 min at 15 incline, or maybe a combo of both?

Let me fix that. Depending on how long i’m at my kid’s soccer practice. Sometimes their mother asks me to join them after practice.
However, you get a bunch of wild & screaming 3-5 yo kids running at you, you might not win. They punch and kick at that age.
I took ephedra & caffeine, so the numbers are going to be higher. I didn’t sleep well again and needed a kick to get going. I only measured the cardio.

Just a little cardio. All the major muscle groups were sore and my knees hurt. Plus, I’ve been under calories since I went back to the office. I wear invisalign which is a pain because I have to floss and brush after everything I eat and drink. Guys are dumping constantly in the restrooms at work, so I don’t want to keep going in there to brush. So I only eat once at work. I should be done with the retainers next month.

Great day. Slept in until noon. Looking at things, I paid off my car last week. Started looking for a house only to learn prices are sky rocketing and demand is extremely high. The places I’ve been looking at are sold out. But, I have a chance at a house not too far from where I was looking. So things are looking up. My weight has been going up, but I think my flanks are going down. I’ll get a dexa in 3 weeks to confirm.

The TRX knee tucks balancing your hands on the unstable board rock. As long as you pull your knees as close to your chin as possible, it will be challenging. You can add a push-up in if you want more challenge. I’m usually wore out after.
I paid off the car 15 months early. The payment was killing me and I need to get back into a house asap.
My max rack pull is 500lbs. I think I can still hit it, but my back was bothering me a few weeks ago and I was scared to pull any more. My max dead from the floor is 405. I don’t go over 315 lbs anymore because I’m tall and 405 was my die and be happy goal.
Some days I feel good about how I look and then I see other people and I feel like I have a long way to go.
