Lot of BS (@aldebaran issues!). Trying to make the best of the week. Ended up reconciling and went to Lake Austin Spa. Without any of my normal clothes are anything because I didn’t plan to stay in Houston. Anyway, whatever…

I’ve been painting my house. Painting sounds like an easy thing to do, but it isn’t. It’s a full body workout. Especially when you don’t have the correct roller for your rough walls. Hands, fingers, forearms, triceps, shoulders, abs, back, legs, all get worked. I keep finding new respect for the guys who do certain jobs.

Yesterday 45 minutes inclined treadmill.

Leg day at lunch is not easy to accomplish. I should have known better.

Bummed :frowning: my buddy at 40ish had a heart attack yesterday. Yes, he smoked, “smoked”, drank, ate shit, stressed out…. But he was trying to clean himself up.

Up until then, I was happy that I finally finished painting my house. I can finally recover from that. Fingers, hands, arms, shoulders, abs, legs…. All sore from painting.
