Looks like they did a mirror image on numbers for arms. I’ve had some scans we’re they do them individually and some where they just duplicate one arm. Really frustrates me lol I’ve asked why and they never have an answer.

Thanks. I am happy with the results. The trend is in the right direction. I was smaller but more cut 3 years ago, but I was using clen & bronkaide to get there. So it feels better to do it without cheat drugs. This feels real.

The goal is to continue doing what can be maintained. The restricted diet I was on years ago was too hard to follow. There were times that I lost control. And, I was cranky (asshole) all the time. I’m doing good now. I’m not suffering too much and I allow myself some snacks.

My legs lost muscle which I expected. I did more cardio, and my knees stopped me from squats, etc.

Arms and legs. The first time the left/right were different. So why this time it’s mirrored. The lady I had the recent two times isn’t the same as the guy I had the first time. This chick isn’t friendly. So I’m not going to ask her. The first guy gave me additional info, this chick told me I’d have to pay for it.

Yea I’ve had similar experiences. I go to an actual medical facility that specializes in cancer imaging. I just googled what companies had DEXA machines and called them all till I found one that agreed. I think I’m their only person who gets a dexa for non medical reasons. I was still surprised that none of the doctors could really tell me anything about the information beyond what I already knew (the very basics).

Nice work, its coming down and its from hard work and consistency, gotta be happy with that. Plus recent pics confirm you look jacked.

Today was supposed to be shrugs and cardio…. But stuff at work has nipped that plan. My boss tried to rush me back, but I at least did some shrugs.

I used the 60’s for my working set! Pumped on that. I can probably used the 65’s at less reps next time.
