205-2x5 add belt (2 rep PR) This wasn’t planned but I felt pretty strong with the beltless singles. The video is the last set. Kind of disappointing on the depth.

The singles were all supposed to be 120 but I think the squatting killed me.

I feel a tiny bit shorter now. Like last time, I enjoyed those a lot. Last time we went to 285.
Always love your vids. And BB instructing. Yeah, a few squats looked high. But the ones in the middle of the set looked good. You have such a melodic voice. I remember thinking that when I met you.
On the HLRs from a few sessions back, why do you do them from that position? I would think that you’ve gone from working your abs to doing more tricep work. But, I have no clue so that’s why I’m asking.

Great work. How goes the weight gain?

The weight has gone up 4lbs but I think that’s from starting to use creatine so I don’t really count it as actual weight. I should have the new diet together soon.
Regarding the HLRs, it is a crap ton of tricep but also more core because you have to work so hard to stabilize everything.

Last week I did triples with 75. This lift taps out very quickly for me.

This is another one of BBs finishers. After a good training day for him, he found it harder than I did.
We have one more day raw in this cycle then it’s a week of suit bottoms/loose shirt lifting. After that it’s back to raw. However, on the weekend we are starting a Coan/Phillip deadlift cycle.

265-6 touch and go. All the singles were hook grip but I switched to mix for the reps. Last week when we were pulling off boxes, I got a monster blood blister that came off during the week and I thought the new skin was all good. I guess it wasn’t because I tore my hand up a bit when the weight got heavier.

That’s right. I’m chock full of old lady strength. Thanks on the flannel. I felt super Canadian. I should have put a beaver on my head.

I’ll probably cry later for that one.[/quote]
No, I am going to cry. I am a man who weighs more than you and those deadlift numbers are starting to scare me. Granted I am coming back from an old hamstring strain but fuck it you doing all that work at 265lbs is awesome.
