Gee, thanks pal. I guess I should be hoping to go to the ME again?

And you would be wrong, as I’m still in the Reserves.
WHY would you still be in the reserves given your beliefs?!?!?
House payment, bills, food, health insurance, gasoline, etc?

Principles are one thing, but stupidity is another. Gotta do what I gotta do to make ends meet.

Umm, no it doesn’t.

And secondly, should I be looking forward to the possibility of being deployed to Libya?

Or, are you simply a jackass, that, for some reason, likes to take shots at me whenever he can?
You could have told them you were gay to get out. You just wanted an honorable discharge and the benefits so you have to suck it up and take the deployments. It is your fucking job. You knew what you were getting into.

I take shots at idiot 9/11 truthers for my personal amusement and because they deserve it. No respect for you fools.

Then you don’t have any principles at all. Get a different job.

Sucking at the military teat and then complaining about it is fucking low. Especially for someone that believes the government for which he carries a weapon was responsible for 9/11.

You truly are despicable.

You are a jackass. I was right all along.

I never complained about anything. I’d just prefer the government not send troops to Libya, which is probably something we agree on. In fact, I agree with about 95% of what you say here, you are just too dense to realize it.

Lastly, I never claimed to be a Truther. I just don’t have a problem with Truthers questioning the official story. It’s as simple as that.

Come on, people. Can’t we accept eachothers’ differences and get along?

…oh wait, this is PWI. Never mind. As you were.

dig dig

Not sure how this thread turned into a pissing contest, but it did.

With the President not addressing the nation about the nature of the Libyan situation, what is the US’s involvement, and basically what to call it, see an answer might have been had today.

â??Make Love, Not Kinetic Military Action!â??

Excerpt from article:

"The above will have to suffice for an anti-war slogan in the Obama era:
In the last few days, Obama administration officials have frequently faced the question: Is the fighting in Libya a war? From military officers to White House spokesmen up to the president himself, the answer is no. But that leaves the question: What is it?

In a briefing on board Air Force One Wednesday, deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes took a crack at an answer. â??I think what we are doing is enforcing a resolution that has a very clear set of goals, which is protecting the Libyan people, averting a humanitarian crisis, and setting up a no-fly zone,â?? Rhodes said. â??Obviously that involves kinetic military action, particularly on the front end.â??

Rhodesâ?? words echoed a description by national security adviser Tom Donilon in a briefing with reporters two weeks ago as the administration contemplated action in Libya. â??Military steps â?? and they can be kinetic and non-kinetic, obviously the full range â?? are not the only method by which we and the international community are pressuring Gadhafi,â?? Donilon said.

Sources tell me that if the situation in Libya escalates, it will then be referred to as â??kinetic military action with kung-fu grip.â??

Hahaha!

“kinetic military action with kung-fu grip”
