Hi All,

Been on this site for over 10 years now but the newbies probably won’t know me and the oldies are not here anymore.

Anyway, I just wanted to log my journey here to regain my fertility for the 2nd time.

A bit of background, I have been on AAS for about 15 years, first couple of years I did PCT’s then just stayed on.

My sperm count was zero up until 4 years ago and I had used no hCG the 10 years prior. I started to taper off my TRT and blasted hCG and hMG alongside SERMS getting ready for a long and tough journey ahead. I was down to about 100mg/wk of a Test Cyp/Mast P combo and we found out she was pregnant.

I’ve since been on, without hCG and now we are trying for another baby.

I have been following the same protocol this time around, blasting hCG and hMG for about 6 months to no avail so I have started tapering off TRT in an attempt to produce sperm again.

Current protocol:

10mg Test cyp EOD
7mg Mast P EOD
20mg Nolva
25mg Enclomiphene
2500iu hCG EOD (5000iu during her ovulation window)
75iu hMG EOD
1.5iu hGH ED
25mg Proviron ED

I am due another semen analysis today so I will report back with my results.

Update 15/04:

I got my semen results back and for me they’re positive, although the numbers themselves aren’t amazing.

My last semen analysis was 0.3 million and its now 4.1 million/ml. Its now at the same level it was when I conceived my first child.

So for me, this is hope that my balls are responding! I’m continuing to taper down my TRT, I’ve had a blood test and will update shortly with results.

Update 15/04:

Got my bloods back

Testosterone - 605ng/dl

Free Test - 0.466 (0.108 - 0.629)

LH - 0

FSH - 1.25 (1.05 - 12.4)

SHBG - 31.5

Estradiol - 56.3nmol/l

Bloods are all in range, but HPTA is still shutdown evidenced by the zero LH. I’m down to 30mg/wk of Testosterone so that level is pretty good off such a low dose.

my man! it’s good to see you still around, I came back a few months ago and a lot of the oldies are gone.

I can’t really add any insight to your situation as I’ve been cruising for years with no plans for children yet but hopefully I can learn something from this log. I will say that a test level of over 600 using only 30mg per week is insane to me, hyper responder or something over here! :wink:
