185x1 - I’ve never maxed out before, so this was kinda new. This rep was tough, but it moved smoothly. Think I could grind out 200 with a spotter. Anyways, PR

255x6 - I’ve never done anything for reps past 245x5, so this was a PR.

I think I’ve maintained, if not not slightly improved, my strength just by doing 20 rep Squats. I think they’ll have a bigger effect as the weight gets heavier, but I feel great so far
