Been on TRT for 7 months. I thought my Estrogen was high due to some bloat and loss of sex drive/erections. I take .25 mg Arimidex once per week and 200mg testosterone divided into two shots/week. I did take .25 Adex twice per week and felt good, leaner, etc. but cut back b/c I didn’t want to take too much AI.
My bloods came back as follows:
TTL Test >1500 ng/ml (264-916)
Free Test 48 pg/ml (7.2 - 24)
Estadiol Sensitive 19 pg/ml (8 - 35)
My question is…could the high free T be causing issues with erections, bloat, etc. Even though E is in check.
What are side effects of too high free t on TRT? I feel good, no acne, and have good workouts in the gym.
