I highly doubt it’s related to steroid use, but you don’t give us a lot to work with.
Biggest thing that jumps out to me from your post is your assertion that you got your girl tested but didn’t want your dr. asking gear questions, implying you had no tests done on yourself. But YOU are the one having the problem!

Go to your doctor and tell him, show him, what’s happening. You don’t have to say a damned thing about steroid use, nor should you at this point.

I don’t get a drip as such, but (being uncircumcised) I can get a buildup of fluid under the foreskin, during times of heavy oral (esp. winstrol) use combined with moderate test. I can attest to having had the exact same thing you are describing on a Test Pro / Winstrol stack. A whitish discharge, 3-4 drops, and that was it. Once only during the cycle. It was pretty weird. I also had the “helmet” a bit swollen, just a wee bit so that I noticed it and it was at times uncomfortable.
I got check lately and I’m all clean so I too am still puzzled by this…

Yes that specific discharge you’re describing is not unheard off during a cycle for alot of guys. Myself as well as others noticed this as well. I can speculate that it could have something to do with the prostate and how it hay go through changes when starting or ending some cycles.
