No expert, but from the limited knowledge I have:
I would think that your use of HCG kept your testes very active through your cycle.
When you began your PCT, your HPTA didn’t need as much of a push as you gave it.
Your PCT pushed your body hard to create more test, as we see your LH and TEST rising from a week ago.
What also happened is your E2 followed your T higher. I don’t see a range on the E2, but whatever
the scale is, E2 doubling in a week is what killed your boner.
I didn’t see you list an AI in your cycle, so I doubt that you are using one now, or that you
used one in pct at all (which normally you don’t anyway). If you have some adex, I would start on a low dose. .25mg eod. Drink a lot of water and green tea, it helps eliminate excess E2 that is flowing around inside of you. When your sex drive starts to come back back off of the adex.
If you were crashed and then started Clomid, it may have jump started you, much like the way a serm
is used to restart guys that are considering TRT.
In your case, it seems to have worked. Your HPTA was restarted and picked up on low T conditions, which
kicked up your LH & FSH in order to bring you back to homeostasis. Why they are still rising after the clomid was stopped is beyond my understanding, but there are others here that may have an explanation.
At any rate, I see that you have Aromasin on hand. I would start low, 12.5mg EOD, you don’t want to go crazy
and push things to far back the other way.
As a last piece of advice, it wouldn’t hurt to PM KSman. I don’t know if he takes PMs like this etc, but he knows a great deal on these issues. If anyone here can point you in the right direction, it would be him.
It is. I just had a BB sized gyno lump behind my right nipple. I used a high dose of Letro to get rid of it.
Even on 200mg of Test per week it made me feel asexual. The effect is similar when E2 is too high as well.
No desire, Zero.
Give the green tea and 12.5 eod Aromasin a shot, in 7-10 days you will be fine.
Your LH FSH is causing you to produce high amounts of T
It could be from the clomid, maybe something else…I am not sure about that.
Your E2 is rising as a result of your high T. You need to take an AI to stop the conversion to E2.
Take the aromasin you have 12.5mg every other day for 7-10 days. Dont use more, it will end up working
against you.
The E2 circulating in your body will not be reduced by the AI (aromasin). Green Tea combines with it
and aids your liver in eliminating it from your body. Drinking more water will help the process.
Above all, relax bro. Your stress is undoubtedly making things worse for you. This will be a week to ten days
before you are starting to feel like yourself.
Yes your estrogen COULD be causing your libido issues, I would take PKNYs advice. Start with the AI and see how you feel, it won’t happen over night so you got to give it time and relax you will eventually will recover
I too tend to think insurance will look at your medical records. Now, not as a matter-of-fact, but if something happens to you and they have to pay huge sums of money (as in life insurance), they WILL get nosy to the max they can. After all, would any of us want to pay hundreds of thousand bucks if we could avoid it?
I’m at an age most guys are on TRT, yet I want to keep pushing that time to be on drugs forever as far as I can! But this off cycle, I had a 2 week stretch with NO libido. It never happened to me before, as in never. My recuperation and training are bad too, but my drive in business and mood are great so damn if I know what I had.
I wrote had, and not have, as I literally dreamed of sex 3 days and woke up with the balls back in action! So hang in there. To me, it wasn’t a daily progress. I was off, then on. And that too never happened. I stopped the small dose Nolva so I might be that! Goes to show how complex an issue it can for each of us.
Myself, I was about to go on cycle, and probably cruise at TRT, but now I’ll go a few more weeks off to make sure the body remembers what “normal” is. I’ll look to get blood tests but here it’s tough to even see a doctor! Our “free” healthcare system is great in that if a trauma or critical disease happens you’re not bankrupt as well, but it seems impossible at times to get any kind of service.

SwD great info. So I take it you are telling me to cruise normal with nothing in it. Or do intake an AI and Caber to try and get libidos back??
For me. it all came back by doing… nothing! Though it might not always be the best idea, of course. Well I have started using Mucuna pruriens (velvet bean), which is a natural dopamine booster, but I don’t think that did the trick by itself though it can help. Lowering your elevated E2 in your case is a great start too.
Strangely, I decided to “enjoy” my libido free period and concentrate on other matters, so maybe that “stress free” approach helped as well, who knows. It’s not my usual mindset I’ll tell you that. And if I were actively chasing girls, I’d be stressed out for sure.
My point is that it’s complex to say the least, and sometimes doing nothing might be the best idea.
I will let nature take its course. I should give it another two weeks to let the clomid clear just incase tht is te culprit. I know it’s half life is 5-7 days and I took it now 14 days ago but my labs tell me it is still functioning in my system.
Chill out, make an appointment with a family physician or an endocrinologist (if you can find one in your area), and go from there.
I’m starting to think that you’re getting so obsessed with what’s going on with you that you’re actually making it worse (not getting the hard-ons, etc)

Does that make sense?
At 14 days the clomid hasn’t cleared just yet if your going to let nature take its course then try not to stress, you will recover. Time will tell its not gonna come over night
