Shredded in 6 Days Results

I did it for a contest a while back and it works for sure. You might not be lean enough for it to work, and for that reason I’m interested to see the results here. I always heard you had to be REALLY lean for it to be noticeable.

If you want to see my results check here:

I’m on mobile otherwise I’d link the pics, but that thread has both sets. Keep us posted on your results. [/quote]

Off topic a little, but I’m curious. You posted the 8 weeks out and 2 days out pics together, and I’m wondering what your bodyweight difference was between those. I feel like I’m somewhere in between those, and I’ve always been curious how long I would need to diet down if I wanted to do a contest. And how much weight I’d have to drop.

I believe I went from 170 to 160 in those 8 weeks. It was an insane amount of activity, and a fairly severe calorie restriction (on top of an already low calorie diet, I did 4 weeks of 1 Pulse Fast a week, then 4 weeks of doing 2 of them per week)

On the day of the contest I weighed in at a HUGE 158lbs  that was with no water or food in me essentially, but that is what I weighed. Very eye opening to see how much weight I had to lose to get stage ready.

If you are curious the log starts on page 1 there at the 8 week out point, and the contest happens on page 8, a quick skim might be a worthwhile thing if you are thinking of competing.

I’ll read through it for sure. I wasn’t particularly active on the forums when you were doing logging that, but obviously I am now, lol. You got into amazing condition. Should be a good read.

I don’t know that I really want to step on stage, but I have an interest in really pushing my conditioning at some point to stage-ready, or close to it.

So for the results!

I did everything listed in the program except taking a diuretic. I saw some big changes over these 6 days which was fun to see.
however, the bottom line is that I was not lean enough to see drastic improvement.

the program was not too hard to complete for me. I was used to drinking a lot of water before so it was only the 4th day that was a bit hard.

I haven’t posted the results earlier because my laptop broke and moved back to my home-country so I didnt really have the time nor a laptop to upload a photo!

I will try this program once again in the future when I’m leaner. Overall it was a interesting couple of days and to really see what playing around with water can do to your body !

the picture is in the morning before hitting gym on the last day of the program.

Nice one.

“easy” way to get contest ready thought.

Thanks for letting us know.

good stuff. ‘6 days’ results that ive seen seem to be hit and miss, next time I would consider trying this -has produced some really outstanding results from a bunch of guys…

I am interested in the programm as well and want to do the same as well. But thereis still something that I dont understand. My shooting day is after the carb up, but it’s at 8pm in the evening. So should I still not drink all the time? and how much carbs should I eat … till the shooting begins? Sorryfor hijacking your thread for my problems
