Shoulders and Bench Won't Grow

If you’re trying to get big, why do any fasting period? I struggle to meet macros if I sleep in and miss breakfast.

OHP? What is that

Overhead press

I also fewl like i may be doing lateral raises wrong because i youtube it and find so many variations like some people hunch over a bit and use a bit of a 90° arm bend and do it while so try near straight arm while standing straight up etc… more more

So prioritize OHP one dya and Bench another day?

Thats what I would do. You ever considered 5/3/1 BBB?

I like this approach for lateral and rear delt raises:

PERSONALLY, I don’t do front delt work because of all the benching I usually do.

Oh okey ill try this

Do we eat the buffet before or after this?

After is my plan

There’s your problem. That’s way too many things. I just told you I do basically 2 shoulder exercises. You listed 14. There’s a concept called ‘training economy’. You only have enough resources (time and energy) for a limited amount of work in the gym. I do my best to devote as much of energy to doing the most productive exercises for building muscle that I can. I’d rather spend 45 minutes just overhead pressing than trying to cram 6 different exercises into that timeframe. You won’t be able to work at the required levels of intensity if you’re constantly moving to different exercises. Devote as much time as you can to the most effective lifts and you’l be more likely to succeed.

not necessarily. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and I’m 34. It all depends on when and how much work you devote to building strength. Most strongmen competitors at the highest level are not in their early 20’s. The peak years seem to be around 27 or 28 to 35. Most of the top level bodybuilders are also over 25.

IF is a strategy for weight loss. I would not recommend it to someone who is trying to gain weight.
