I’m on my first cycle using 300mg of Test-C. I’m in my 3rd week and my weight has gone up at least a stone since starting, I’m looking a bit bloated around my midsection and face. Yesterday I noticed a slight burning sensation around my nipples, which has also been periodic today. I’m going to book a blood test to have tomorrow morning to check my levels but am just wondering if I should use an ai? I really don’t want gyno and I’ve noticed a bit of puffiness in my nips as well. I have Arimidex on order atm
First rule… always have your ancillaries on hand before you start. That includes your AI as well as PCT meds. You have two choices, run a serm for the nipple issues which won’t reduce E2 or start an AI. If you go with the AI don’t overdo it.

Less is more when it comes to AI I have anastrozole 1mg pills I take 1/4th of it twice a week. You dont want to crash your estrogen so becareful with them use them as needed you might just aromatize more than others so its possible youll need this weekly until you drop enough bf. Also maybe see about switching to TEST E I pin every other day and this also helps with estrogen issues smaller shot and more consistent the more stable your estrogen will be. Its when you take big shots that estrogen spikes considerably.

I can pretty much get it same day or latest next day so was waiting for an issue to come up. I’ve got my pct stuff on hand and have started the ai today just had quarter of a pill

Good idea to start with a quarter tab. Usually if you’re pinning twice a week a quarter tab the night of each pin is plenty to start.
Yeah I’ve taken a quarter today, the sensation has died down a bit now. I’ve just bought another vial for Test-C so probs won’t switch now. Was thinking of maybe switching to Test-P a few weeks out from finish so I can start the PCT a bit quicker? Also I’ve been running 250iu of HCG twice a week so think that might have caused some of e issues
Do some more research, You do not want to kill your estradiol. Testosterone dose not cause Gyno .
It can be both I had estrogen issues and im only on 200mg a week along with 1000IU of HCG split into 3 shots a week. I now take 1/4th an AI twice a week same day Monday and Thursday. This works for me but seeing as your on 300mg of TEST you might need more or 1/4th twice a week will work just gotta guage it. If the 1/4th doesnt work switch to 1/4th three times a week the less AI you use the better.
The hcg will also raise estrogen. No reason to use it on a short cycle.
yeah i’ve incorporated ai twice a week, quarter of a pill and its helped a lot. 1000iu seems a lot of hcg?
had my blood work back and my estrogen was 210pmol/L
Thats incredibly high mine was in the 90s but 1/4th of anastrozole twice a week helps keep mine down. Everyone is different though and 1000IU a week is the sweet spot for me and my nuts lol I might lower it to 800 though here soon the less the better.
