Should I Start TRT If I Want Kids in 2-3 Years?

I want to pull the trigger on TRT. I visited my local T Clinic, who did my blood work and they want to prescribe me 120mg of test C per week. My total test came out to 535 NG/dl with all normal metrics across the board.

About me: I’m 28, 185lbs, 5,10 and have been training for 6 years. Low-key built but not jacked. Sitting at around 15% bf.

My why: I’ve held off TRT for years with the notion that I’ll keep progressing natty and honestly I’ve felt great.
However, the past couple years I’ve 100% noticed a decline in strength and I’m gaining fat very easily despite a disciplined diet. Also, super tired all the time and definitely notice the brain fog. I just feel older.

It’s a typical fear, but I’m super concerned about “permanently messing up my natural production/fertility”. I will want kids in 2-3 years so will need to come off at some point.

What do you guys think? I know I will get a ton of value out of it but is the risk greater than the reward?

Many thanks for reading, guys.

I used to think TRT castrated men, but it actually makes them more fuckable, and if your strongest swimmers are the best in class, no problem. You will succeed. HCG, and FSH are there to help once you’re ready to splooge your way into fatherhood though.

There is a study out there. I think it’s called recovery of spermiogenesis for men on testosterone, or something like that. They try out a bunch of different protocols, and measure their sperm quantity and quality. Something like 97-98% did become fertile with treatments like clomid, hcg, fsh. Some did have to go off of test, and to get to the 98% it took some two years. Although most were fertile in 6 months.

I would look it up, read and understand it. The best decision is going to be made knowing the risks in a quantifiable way.

Bank sperm now, start TRT, enjoy life. Try to get pregnant when the time comes, add in the extra compounds, and if it doesn’t work you’ve got the frozen cache on standby

Kids are going to suck away your soul for the rest of your life, and you want them to suck away your soul for an extra 3 years before they even exist?

Freeze sperm and starting TRT and later adding HCG and FSH will more than likely do the trick, if not you can always come off TRT and start clomid therapy. It’s been done this way for years.

Why not use clomid alone to raise T levels until you’ve had your children?
Typical:
25mg/day 25 days on, 5 days off. (I found out the hard way you need 5 days off or it stops working)

Ive just had my little girl and not planning on having anymore, but im still sticking with clomid. Each to their own and I know alot of guys on here treat clomid as being worse than T as its a foreign substance, but most medications are, and if their not doing any harm then whats the problem.
I personally prefer the fact im giving my body something that enables it to function correctly by itself rather than injecting what its struggling to produce.
Also having big balls and big loads is a massive bonus, nothing to make you feel less of a man than to have two peanuts in your sack when you pull your pants down.
