Should I start a cut if I’ve already felt really weak in gym for 2 weeks (I’ve already deloaded since feeling weak and it didn’t work)?
My suggestion is to strive to get stronger while not getting fatter.
IMO, you should drop the words “cut” and “bulk” from your vocabulary. Get yourself at about 15% body fat and build muscle while staying at that body composition ratio.

We need more info about your last 6 weeks of training and eating. And how fat are you currently?
Also, what do you do for Deloads?
What are your goals?
I cut back on volume by alot. I am currently 18 percent body fat
If you need to cut, don’t give yourself easy ways out or justifications to just start eating more. You’re just going to delay the process of transforming your body into how you want it to look
