what the hell is going on here? Shirtless in a public gym? Why? have some self respect. I think tank tops cut offs do the job plenty
Wow what a bunch of nice people on this forum. Sorry me being different frightens you. People like you make the world dull and boring.
Nice avatar, what is that a chestnut?

There’s different and there’s flaming gay. I promise you if you wore a “shirt” like that to the gym most people would assume you’re the latter.
And no, its a potato.

Ouch man, I don’t know about that one.

Does your gym have weights?

I bet there was a time long ago when people showing off their bodies…actually had one worth showing off.

So, you dug up an old thread just to post that picture you found somewhere.
I really hope that you are just making fun of the skinny person (dude?) in the picture anyway.
I have to agree with Carrie. I’ve never gone shirtless in the gym.

I was going to post that I never have but have been tempted, but I realized that I actually have.
But it was in the gym in my building, no one else was in the gym and it was summer, so I figured I was showing less skin in my athletic bra than I would have if I was walking to the pool.
I’ve also threatened to do it a couple of times in my current gym, but the desk staff just laugh and say they can’t adjust the temperature even so.
It depends on where you’re at. My current gym just has so many people and is so diversified that going shirtless would be unacceptable.
The previous gym (aptly named “The Gym”) I trained at had no clothing restrictions. The owner trained shirtless and barefoot, and allowed everyone else to do as they pleased. The Gym’s clientele was mostly cops, firefighters and paramedics with interests in bodybuilding. We never had to deal with New Years Resolutioners, Soccer Moms or High Schoolers.
I apologize for even showing up here. This is not a friendly place, and I was trying to elicit friendly perhaps funny comments.
It’s clear some people here are a little too full of testosterone, as everyone felt it necessary to comment on how I’m SKINNY???
OK, I guess this is just a forum for those f-ing disgusting veiny beefcake people who got what they have through steroids. Even the girls here seem to think I’m small. I guess you’re those vomit-inducing muscle women who forgot that women are supposed to have curves and breasts, not rippling abs.
In my gym I’m consistently one of the more muscular people. There is a difference between being a healthy, good-looking muscular guy (which I have confidence I am) and being a gross musclebound WWF-reject meathead, which you people seem to be.
You’re sickening.

I don’t know what is worse: the newbs that don’t use the search feature, or ones like this who use it to search for stupid shit.

Not if you’re the person featured in the picture, you’re not.
Unless you’re twelve.

If that picture represents someone who is the most muscular person in your gym, your gym sucks. You don’t even look like you lift weights…at all. There are guys who only play basketball who are in better shape than that. I hope this is a joke.
I further hope you learn to be funny.

There’s no way he’s serious, he can’t be. I refuse to believe someone could think that. This must be a joke.

That annoys me, but it never hurts my self-esteem to see a picture of a guy smaller than I am.
