LOL. When I first shaved my head, it wasn’t quite as widespread. Aside from basketball players, the only other guy I usually saw with a bald head was that tall dude with the glasses on Martin.
I definitely didn’t do it to be just like everyone else.
It just works…and I notice people respond to me completely different when I wear a hat or skull cap. I think I scare the shit out of people bald.

I’ve always hated cutting my hair, it grows way too fast to keep it low. I have to go to the barber once a week to stay clean. Plus I like shocking people who seem to think that if you have hair longer than 2 inches you’re ignorant, a criminal, and/or unemployed.
I hate conforming to the norm, I’ll keep rebelling until it starts affecting my money lol

I remember those days, walking the halls of junior high and high school…all the guys were sporting either the fade, the flat-top, or braids, as they were growing popular. I had a tall fade for a while, until I met Mr. Bic. When I shaved my head, everyone’s reactions were epic. Between getting hit on my the girls AND a couple of the female teachers, to certain individuals attempting to clown me…I turned everyone’s head. And that’s how I stayed throughout the rest of school. I wasn’t rebelling per se…it was just a lot easier. That, and I have the perfect head to do so.
