So itā€™s pretty clear. High E2 as a result of high testosterone increases telomeres length and high SHBG shortens them.
Long telomeres = long life
Very interesting.
Guys on TRT need to leave their E2 levels alone and let them be in proper balance with testosterone, not suppress it.

The study also mentioned the importance of E2 in regard to libido. ā€œIn men with diminished testosterone, the administration of exogenous estradiol has been shown to increase libidoā€
