Sex, drugs, and rockin' good health

Yep, all good. About every other day is the sweet spot.

I wonder, does 20 mg daily of sildenafil have the same effect as daily Cialis? I can’t handle the backache from Cialis, but the sildenafil is fine.

For bedroom enhancement, 5 mg of cialis and 20-25 mg of sildenafil are both considered daily dosages. But if you mean the other health benefits, low-dose sildenafil is supposed to help with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It’s prescribed under the name Revatio instead of Viagra.

Sildenafil may alleviate symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), but doctors usually prescribe daily cialis for that. It might help with blood pressure and just about all issues that deal with circulation and blood flow, but when researching you’ll usually run into the ā€œmore studies are neededā€ line.

From what I gather, the longer lasting effects of cialis seem to be related to its overall health benefits, and of course sildenafil is more short-acting.

Have you tried 2.5 mg of daily cialis? That’s half a standard dose, but I’ve found that to be very effective.

Does Cialis come in a 2.5 mg pill or do you cut a 5 mg in half? I’m looking for all the benefits, from bedroom enhancement to BPH lessening. Sex ability on demand would be nice as long as my wife didn’t find out about it! Just kidding!

Here’s an interesting study that shows sildenafil to actually have a higher efficacy than Cialis. But to your point, I would think that the Cialis benefits would be longer lasting.

Thanks for the response.

I think 5 mg is standard. I use a pill splitter like this. Tons of them available on Amazon.

Still getting good results from the 2.5mg every other day?

Yep! Makes a prescription last a long time too. It’s on autofill so I’m building a huge back stock.
