Sex and the City Movie: The Aftermath
OctoberGirl wrote:
But for the single guys, this should be the easiest movie audience for guys to hit on. Think of that movie, it is desperate women who are so needy they blame their being single on men. Those women would roll over for anything.

Right.

A bunch of women deluded into believing that they deserve rich, calvin klein models in Armani suits, simply because they have vaginae.

I’ll pass.

That must be a glorious sight to behold…“vaginae” in their natural habitat.

I guess I wasn’t the only one watching The boondocks last night.

If you are watching The Boondocks, you are never alone.

I’ve never seen the Boondocks. Is it on paychannels or regular cable?

Regular cable. I forgot which station because my DVR just records it whenever. Plus, I have season 1 on DVD.

That show caught a lot of flack when it first came out…much more than the creator’s comic strip ever did. Sharpton was especially pissed at the Martin Luther King episode…which is probably one of the best ones they ever made.
It’s on the Adult Swim line up on Cartoon Network. I don’t think I could live without ATHF, Boondocks, and Metalocalypse.

I was talking about this with a friend the other day. I brought up the point that women were dressing up and what-not for the movie with the intention of dressing in a similar fashion to the characters. To paraphrase, he says this makes them “as bad” as the dorks who dress up for Star Trek conventions and such.

What do you guys think about this?

Look it up on Merriam-Webster’s website and listen to the audio pronunciation. It is hilarious.

Vagine-knee. Kills me.

No. People actually want to sleep with the dress up girls.

meh. i agree it has less impact on their fuckability, but still, the people going to trek conventions weren’t getting secks in the first place due to neckbeards, etc.

I disagree because guys don’t have a natural fuckability. Women have no matter what they wear, what little they wear, how ugly they are, and whatever else. Fuckability for a guy is money, grooming, and charisma. All of which you have to work on.

Some guy spend their lives reading Star trek books, learning the Vulcan sign, and wearing geek shirts. Women will spend their time drinking cosmos and whatever else the Sex and City girls do. They just have an easier transition.
Goodfellow wrote:
The best part was when the guy left her before the wedding, I laughed, everyone else gasped, I closed my eyes waiting for several handbags to be flailed at my head.
Awesome.

I thought the strangers was “eh”. It got a little cliche half way through and I went from intrigued to annoyed. I just felt that there was so much that could have been done with it.

And Glenn Howerton from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia made and appearance so I just couldn’t take it seriously after that.

I agree with analog kid, adult swim is absolutely amazing.

Are you kidding me? If I had the chance to get it on with Jolene Blalock I would damn sure have her dress up as T’Pol and tell me I’m not logical, to set my thrusters to full, and various other technobable. Welcome to the sex drive of a Trekker.

I’ll take a Jeri Ryan and Jolene Blalock sandwich please.

The only way I would see this movie is if it ends in a plane crash.

If it happens, post pics!

(Small sidenote: Sci-Fi started Enterprise from the very beginning recently. In one of the first episodes, T’Pol and Trip are in the “rub me down with this gel so we don’t infect the ship with god knows what” room doing their thing and I shit you not, the guy is sporting wood. I about pissed my pants laughing. Not that I can blame the guy…but I thought this was a family show?"

Hahaha…I remember that episode, but I definitely missed the wood. Oh, and if you haven’t already, you might want to check out the movie Slow Burn. You get to see a more of Jolene Blalock in that one.

Wow…the subject matter has changed. Gabby is hitting on my girl, October(which I will put to an end). And now everyone is talking about the Strangers movie.

I’ve seen it and I’m a horror movie fan. I liked it. All of it seemed plausible and understandable. They made a few dumb ass calls , but it is good. Go see it. I’m taking OctoberGirl and then we’re getting Red Lobster. Also, the pic is for you Gabby.

Trying to tempt my woman with the cheddar biscuits. Nice move. To show how much you suck here is a random pic.
To show you how much you suck, here’s a GIF showcasing what happens to fellas who mess with my OctoberGirl. I’m Denzel. Just making sure you don’t get confused.
