Hey guys, I just started using sesame seed oil for cooking and just happen to love the taste and prefer it to olive oil.
Just did a quick research on it, and theres plenty of talk about sesamin being a fat loss aid, and understand that sesame oil contains some amount of it.
Does anyone here use sesame oil exclusively for cooking/salads/shakes?
I just read the fat content and its 15g of fat per table spoon and got a little concerned.
Any input would be helpful. Thanks.
