A buddy prescribed me some sermorelin with glycine , been taking it about a month and been doing 5 on 7 off at .2 ml at night before bed , my question is should I be taking it everday and up my dosage a little for muscle gain and recovery or is it only gonna do so much and just stay where I’m at

.2mL is a volume, but not a dose, so we don’t know what you’re taking.
GHrP are not as strong as HGH, so I’d guess any anabolic effect would be minimal at best
